In this role you will

  • Coach the team in Scrum values and practices.
  • Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies.
  • Remove team and external impediments to ensure team delivers on commitments

Key Requirements

The ideal Scrum Master will:

  • Have a deep knowledge of Agile approaches including Scrum
  • Have Strong coaching skills
  • Understand and develop key aspects of collaboration.
  • Build trust and openness in interactions within and outside the team
  • Have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
  • Have well-developed leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Understand and relate effectively to the business, technical and organizational context in which the team is operating
  • Have excellent facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages, such as Java, Python, C++ or GO
  • Be familiar with the latest DevOps technologies
  • 3rd level degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
