Sales & Marketing Manager Our client, based in north Cork, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager. You will be based in our clients north Cork office, reporting to the Sales Director, and working alongside the senior management team.Working with a well-established company in the renewable energy sector who are constantly growing and expanding their offering. This is in line with the government's obligation & plan to upgrade , Irish homes by which is driven by generous grants.The RoleThe focus of the Sales & Marketing Manager role is to lead and grow the cross-functional sales & marketing division in line with our client’s strategic growth targets. The successful applicant will be target-driven, have excellent commercial awareness of the renewable energy market, and have a proven track record motivating and managing a dynamic and rapidly growing sales team.·Key Responsibilities to include:·Strategically lead and support our sales teams in line with company targets and KPIs·Growing and managing sales team·Ensure all process and procedures are followed and improved over time as necessary·Provide insight, analysis and feedback on sales activity, customer feedback and market intelligence to management and team members·Attend marketing shows, seminars etc. as required·Manage marketing activities.Skills & Experience that we need:3-5 years of sales team leadershipOutstanding communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleaguesCapable of a flexible & adaptable approach to workStrong communicator who is comfortable presenting at shows and seminars.The Offer:This is a permanent position with attractive salary with a competitive bonus depending on the candidate’s experience, with benefits package.This role is based on site, in north Cork, with benefits to include performance related bonus.further educational support and training, Bike to Work Scheme and on-site parking.How to Apply:
