Overview This role is part of the Quality Solutions and Implementation team in the Training and Quality pillar of Trust and Safety Operations. The Quality Implementation Lead will lead a team of Implementation Specialists with responsibility for successfully implementing quality assessment systems, solutions, and quality improvement projects across our end-to-end global quality ecosystem for TikTok. This role will be a key conduit between the T&Q Quality Solutions team and the Quality Operations, and Moderation teams with oversight to all impacting change to front line teams. Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with T&Q leads, the Quality Solutions team, Quality Operations team, Training & Performance Improvement and global moderation teams across the globe. - Lead a global team of Quality Implementation Specialists, ensuring strong delivery and strong individual performance to accelerate successful implementation. - Manages intake of all T&Q projects, drives progress, and communicates progress updates through regular project reviews with T&Q leadership. - Partner closely with the Quality Solutions team, T&Q leads, Quality Operations, Training & Performance Improvement to successfully implement quality systems, solutions, and projects across our end-to-end global quality ecosystem. - Coordinate training needs/requests of new systems/improvements between Quality Solutions and the Training & Performance Improvement team. - Provide feedback on implementation of systems, solutions and projects from quality operations teams and global moderation teams to ensure a strong feedback mechanism to strengthen and drive continuous improvement. - Provides effective change management and governance across the global Quality Implementation team. - Pro-actively evaluate the impact of upcoming policy/product/process changes for a project in order to co-ordinate and ensure their effective implementation and positive impact end users.- Partners with key regional stakeholders to calibrate, drive consistency in performance and land change effectively. Minimum Qualifications- Extensive experience leading a team, with a track record of strong people management, fostering high-performing teams in high-growth, ambiguous environments- Background in Trust and Safety, Operations, Strategy, Content Moderation, Quality Engineering or Process design. - Experienced lead of Project or Program Management teams with a strong track record of implementing projects and programs successfully across global teams. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education, ideally in computer science or business. Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working on content quality, safety or policy, in major technology companies is preferred.- Excellent command of English with an ability to use English as a working language - Strong communication skills, stress-resilient and strong ability to adapt to change.
