Job Description Manage the CDQ Project Management Office by preparing, facilitating, and following up on the monthly and on demand Project Review Board (PRB) meetings. And continuously improving the PMO process according to Commercial Distribution Quality needs and business priorities. Manage assigned initiatives and projects focusing on achieving corporate goals which at the start have been defined in broad terms. Provide governance, setting priorities and ensure efficient and effective project management and use of resources (people, money, and time). Lead and initiate all activities that are necessary to successfully complete the projects. Connect with CDQ leadership and management and for successful implementation of projects. Provide input into CDQ strategy and strategy deployment. Perform resource and budget evaluations for global and regional cross functional projects. Identify applicable practices and then function as a change agent within the organization to implement and ensure widespread adoption. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders. Influence change and gain support from key partners for improvement programs to achieve the CDQ vision for a central Project Management Office. Facilitate change management boards and process optimization workshops as required across the CDQ organisation. Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced or non-dedicated project managers, as required across the CDQ organization. Manage a team of project managers should the team expand.   Significant Work Activities -Continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hour day) Qualifications Bachelor/Master of Science, Engineering, Economics or Business Management Minimum of 8 years in pharmaceutical and or medical device industry. Minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role, including leadership of a cross-functional team required. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of project management principles. Strong meeting collaboration and Project Management skills. Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to interact with diverse groups across the organization and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators. Possesses interpersonal skills to negotiate and reconcile differences, while optimizing overall organizational goals.
