Supply Planning Expert

The Job:Based with a leading Life Sciences Company in Westmeath, the Supply Planning Expert will play a lading role in the development of the companies Supply Chain function moving forward, playing a pivotal role in the further development of their ERP system, leading process improvement projects. This is a position the will allow you to tap into your curiosity and work with with colleagues across the company.This is a hybrid role that will require some presence in the office.Key Responsibilities:Lead process improvements projects to further streamline planning operations, optimize planning and drive efficienciesDesigning and managing the implementation of complex supply chain activities using supply chain methods and tools (. Lean Principles, Six Sigma)Developing Subject Matter Expert skills across multiple processes/systems and leading standard work deployment Supporting and promoting a continuous improvement culture and recommends and influences major Supply Chain changes to key stakeholdersSupporting the started EMEA ERP Deployment activities for Demand and Supply Planning in alignment to cross functional process streamsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or ITExperience in planning operations or equal—understanding order flows, processes, and systemsCombined experience in Supply Chain and other related assignments that would enhance high cross-functional awareness.Knowledge of Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning (FTS, MTD workstreams)Advance knowledge of ERP system, Business Objects/Power BI, other 3M systems and Microsoft OfficeExperience in project management including managing and influencing project outcomesCombined experience managing process design/or work in a global matrixed environmentStrong understanding of end state 3M ERP designExperience in previous ERP Deployments
