Barista/bartender Full-time Santry

At Gourmet Food Parlour , we have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, enthusiastic, experienced Barista/bartender to join our team on a Full Time basis in our Santry Restaurant. We're looking for someone who's excited to come in to work every day and who's ready to develop the team, grow with the brand & tackle challenges.     Knowledge, Skills and Abilities   Proven work experience working as a bartender/barista. Minimum 1 year experience. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks Excellent knowledge of preparing all coffee types and hot beverages.that meet quality standards Knowledge of operating/maintaining and cleaning coffee machine and grinder. Preparation of dessert plates and displays. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean Making drinks and remembering cocktail recipes Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings Be able to recommend options based on a customers preferences Properly handle and maintain all equipment Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures Observe relevant health and safety standards Clean bar and all equipment and reset and restock up for the next shift as necessary.     Requirements:   Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, meeting HACCP guidelines, cash handling and store safety and security.
