New, permanent HR Administrator job! Our award winning, global wholesale Client is leading the way in the foodservice and the business is in growth mode. Based in the Dundalk area, this is an exciting time to join the expanding business. This is a new, permanent HR Administration role and the successful HR Assistant will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to maintaining benefits and HR information and producing reports. This is a great, varied HR opportunity, perfect for an HR Administrator who thrives in fast paced, busy team environments. The Role: Supporting recruitment and onboarding - work permit applications, reference checks, issuing contracts, coordinating and delivering inductions Act as the first point of contact for all employee related matters Maintain and update the HR system, including on/off boarding, probation, absence management etc Digitize HR files and upload them to the HR systems Engage with colleagues and managers on HR policies and procedures, pension related procedure etc Administration duties associated with pension, income protection, employee share schemes. Issue HR/Employee Benefit related information Assist with the provision of management reports on absence, employee turnover, and other key metrics Provide support on HR projects, training and events as required The Person: 3rd level qualification CIPD qualified, or working toward, desirable Minimum of 1 years HR Administration experience Experience working within a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills Outstanding attention to detail Passionate about HR The Rewards: Attractive salary & benefits New, permanent role Based in Dundalk Full time hours (Mon-Fri 8.30/9-5/5.30) Highly successful, expanding Organisation Free car parking For more information and to apply for this HR Administrator job, contact Stephanie Mulholland at Hunter Savage.
