Are you ready to hit the road in the world of automotive? John Kelly Opel are currently looking for a Service Advisor to join our team in Waterford. This role would be ideal for anyone that has automotive experience, or someone who has a genuine passion for cars and would like to get into the automotive industry. About the Role: This is a rare opportunity to work for one of the worlds leading automotive brands. You will play a key role in our aftersales department ensuring the correct work is being booked in and making sure all customers are satisfied. Some key areas of focus for this position are: Assist in the day to day administration and management of our busy Service Department Dealing with customers in a courteous and professional manner, anticipating their needs and always exceeding their expectations Appointment bookings, Job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments Preparation of Repair Estimates, final invoicing and processing and settlement of warranty claims Maintain product and technical knowledge across our range of passenger and commercial vehicles Job status monitoring and customer communication Work with our After-sales teams to ensure agreed targets and deadlines are met Working with us: Working with us, you will gain experience working with one of the best selling automotive brands. Manufacturer training will be provided to ensure you are up to date with industry standards and techology we use on a daily basis. We are seeking a motivated individual that is able to work on their own initiative, as this is a customer facing position you should have excellent interpersonal skill, a full clean driving licence, demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry, expereince with CDK/Kerridge would be advantageous.
