Job Description Global Shares, a J.P. Morgan company, is a leading cloud-based provider of share plan management software. Responsibilities Support the Head of Execution Services in the delivery of all Regulatory Change and uplift to policies and operational procedures ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. ‘Quaterback’ the intake and management of all regulatory change issues and requests, and maintain reporting on these, to cover: Problem Analysis – to create and manage the intake process such that all new problems, issues, regulatory observations, control breaks, etc. are captured into Operations correctly Solutioning – to participate in solution calls with relevant BAU functions to determine the path forward Project Management – to work with a project manager, Product, IT and other relevant teams where relevant to develop the required roadmap and to ensure tracking to completion, including assigning relevant ownership Governance – to maintain relevant reporting, to work with Control Management on Issue/Action Plan updates, and to take issues through the relevant fora where needed Personally to lead ad hoc regulatory transformation projects In the first instance, to lead the implementation of all regulatory uplifts to existing policies to JPM standard and the introduction of new policies where required, documenting systems requirements and engaging with Product and IT to ensure system functionality is in plan and scheduled for delivery to ensure Regulatory requirements are maintained. Support Execution Services teams in engagement with JPM management and other parties in relation to Regulatory Change Support Execution Services teams in the creation of processes and uplifts to existing processes as part of Regulatory Change Preparation of relevant presentations and other materials Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Previous experience in a business management or an similar role Experience in influencing, organizing and directing multiple teams and departments Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills Versatile abilities and dedication to efficient productivity Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field 5+ years in a corporate management role About Us J.P.
