Technical Program Manager

The product team members are inexperienced in working in a modern product environment delivering a consumer cross-functional application. This person will be working with our Customer's technical Product Managers and engineering team to help with product process, parsing inputs, and roadmapping, provide mentorship and guidance, and help them set up systems for success. Close collaboration with our Program and Project Managers is also vital to deliver success.What you will do:● Working with the customer team to implement their technology vision, utilizing the platform, and driving execution. Facilitating product team and stakeholder workshops and follow-up activities.● Ensuring alignment between teams (making sure direction is clear amongst team members and that work is aligned with strategic goals). ● Defining scope & gathering requirements - understanding what resources are needed, what dependencies are present, and where/when/how to bring in other teams.● Contribute to continually improving product-oriented mindset, processes, and standard operating procedures for our customers based on best practices.● Ensure appropriate technical documentation and architecture diagrams are being created and stored in the appropriate location.● Working with both the customer and our teams to drive efficient execution.● Support the Customer’s back-end Product Manager with intake, change, mitigation, and contingency plans to deal with risks to the plan.What you will bring:● Embedded experience of working with cross-functional product and engineering teams. ● Deep technical product and engineering knowledge. ● Working knowledge of modern Product Management processes and systems.● Significant end-to-end Program Management / Product Management experience - from scoping to delivery.● Strength in communication, stakeholder management and driving collaboration to meet milestones.● Strong technical skills and understanding of the software development lifecycle to drive planning & predictable delivery.● Ability to translate complex technical issues to executive business stakeholders.What we offer: ● 100%Remote WorkWFH allowance: Monthly payment as financial support for remote working.● Career Growth: We have established a career development program accessible for all employees with a 360º feedback that will help us to guide you in your career progression.● Training: For Tech training at Zartis, you have time allocated during the week at your disposal.
