The Manager of Supply Logistics (3PL) manages the third-party warehousing operation to ensure an effective and compliant external warehousing operation that supports Regeneron Ireland's current and future requirements. They will ensure that the external warehouse network is positioned to receive, label, store and ship material in line with operational requirements; and that an excellent working relationship is promoted with internal teams and external logistics partners to deliver on business requirements, commercial objectives and compliance standards within a cGMP environment. They will gather, analyse and present relevant data to leadership to guide the organisation's decision making in order to sustain and improve warehousing network performance.. As an Associate / Manager Supply Logistics, a typical duties might include, but not limited to the following: Responsible for 3PL performance to all Regeneron requirements ensuring performance delivery as agreed per SOW Ensuring Warehouse and Logistics Infrastructure, including 3PL operators, are positioned to support the IOPS short-term and long-term needs, meeting Compliance and Safety Performance in a cGMP environment Building a top performing operational team, instilling a culture of team work, trust and transparency Developing and delivering solutions and processes to drive business improvements, including productivity, inventory, manpower and workflows Ensuring that the receiving, distribution and shipping processes run smoothly Providing and acting on storage and operational capacity outlooks using appropriate modelling tools to anticipate and meet longer term future business requirements Identifying, developing and delivering required system and process solutions, and modelling techniques, to support business growth and future requirements Developing, implementing and delivering KPIs to Best in Class performance which are aligned to Global Supply Chain Strategy and IOPS Goals Working in cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Facilities, IT, Finance, Procurement, QA and QC to ensure required organisation and infrastructure is positioned to meet current and future business requirements Providing coaching to direct reports, including employee development plans, and fostering a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respected This role might be for you if: You have strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics, while addressing issues which impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines You have the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and changing priorities You demonstrate excellent time management, organisational skills and written and verbal communication skills You have the ability to motivate and lead a team; supervising and coaching staff; setting expectations and performance evaluation You demonstrate excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills You have strong initiative and demonstrated ability to interface effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturally You have the ability to build long-term business relationships, communicate effectively internally and externally at multiple levels within organisations and possess the resilience and tenacity to deliver on complex and challenging tasks and projects To be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain discipline with at least 8 years of related industry experience in a GMP environment and experience in logistics within a Pharma / Biotech cGMP environment desirable. #JOBSIEST Does this sound like you?
