This opening presents an excellent opportunity to join this family owned and run organisation at an exciting phase of growth. Candidates must be highly motivated, flexible, and willing to embrace the culture of MyLife.   The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Care, & Service Managers on a day-to-day basis. You will have previous experience in a HR, Recruitment or Office Administration role.  Key Responsibilities include : administrative support for HR and Training functions including recruitment, selection and employee onboarding managing HR files to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, Data entry and ensuring HR file and training records maintained up to date. Co-ordinate induction schedule for new employees Reporting weekly on HR activity Front-of-house and office administrative support Administrative and project support to all manager as needs arise.
