Customers are provided with peace of mind needed to improve their operations reliability and efficiency.Our team has a collaborative sales mind-set, a technical understanding of our products, providing highly customizable solutions.The Stores team is responsible for processes and procedures related to Baker Hughes' receiving, storing and material handling activities within the site and to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.Partner with the bestThe Material Handler will be reliable, self-motivated & reactive, and work on their own or with others to meet deadlines. Duties include tasks related to receiving, putting away, picking and issuing material to the production floor.As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for:Ensuring high standards of HSE are maintainedReceive inbound shipments (vans and trucks), using forklift when required.Receiving and processing orders using administrative software tools (SAP)Completing daily cycle countsKitting work orders and issue to the production floor.Performing ad-hoc warehouse duties as required to support the business.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have some warehouse experience interacting with multiple teams, handling physical parts and understanding material handlingHave a good quality and HSE mindset approaching processes and procedures in a warehouse environmentHave a Health and Safety driven mindset and practical, pragmatic approach to hands on problem solvingHave some exposure or experience using SAP; advantageous but not essential (enthusiasm to learn these tools would be well received )Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
