RESPONSIBILITIES You will conduct with appropriate support due diligence oversight review on the Alternative Investment Fund Managers, Central Administrators and Custodians including questionnaire and standard pack documentation for review, ISAE3402 control reports and any other pertinent documentation review, for the purpose of the business model and the implemented control framework understanding. You will organize and prepare with appropriate support on-site and/or remote sessions on AIFMs, Central Administrators and Custodians to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or on-going subjects of interest for the AIFMs, Central Administrators and Custodians under review and to perform on a risk-based approach some sample testing. Prepare, based on templates, due diligence oversight reports on AIFMs, Central Administrators and Custodians for the attention and approval of the Conducting Officer Committee and/or Board of Directors of the related contracting Alter Domus Depositary Services (ADDS) entities. Support the Manager in the related ADDS location in charge of the AIFMs, Central Administrators and Custodians due diligence oversight in building an effective and efficient due diligence oversight control program in line with Group governance. Keep up to date key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboard. Perform other duties as requested. Maybe required to attend onsite Due Diligence inspections in Luxembourg and annual refresher onsite training. YOUR PROFILE You hold a bachelor degree, preferably in a financial services related subject. You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction, when appropriate. You are fluent in English (Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered as an asset). You have good knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel. You are organised, flexible, able to multitask and manage workload efficiently. You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills.
