The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and maintenance of client accounting records, managing the annual audit process, regulatory liaison, and reporting, as well as providing leadership and direction to junior team members.Our client is offering an excellent Tax-Free salary along with a relocation package and other benefits.Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of accounts in the preparation and oversight of client accounting records.Manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory matters, including reporting and compliance activities.Provide management and direction to junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.Run daily tasks to meet control and performance standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations. Requirements: Professional accounting qualification required (e.g., CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).Minimum of 3+ years working within Captives, Insurance or ReinsuranceDemonstrated flexibility to continually learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Client service-oriented mindset and ethos, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards.
