We are looking to hire a Finance Operations Business Partner. Key Responsibilities & Duties Reporting of actual financial results for the operations department which includes operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and facilities Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts and supporting pack circulated to the Nua Manufacturing leadership team Operational control of all aspects of stock including provisioning and average costings (Key items – Timber / Steel / Materials) Review and approval of unit/project pricing ensuring that it is in line with overall financial forecasting and margin projection Financial budgeting, forecasting and analysis for the operations department Decision support for all aspects of the department aimed at improving overall performance Profiling of all fixed assets in the manufacturing department including business case creation for new and replacement equipment Development and reporting of financial and other KPI’s for the department including the design of operational scorecards Ad hoc work including investment analysis to support operational decisions Requirements Qualified management accountant (CIMA) with PQE experience within a manufacturing environment A good understanding of manufacturing processes Demonstrable track record of success in a fast paced growing business Worked in an international environment Experience of working with Microsoft Nav is desirable Accuracy and skills in problem solving and analytical thinking, strong attention to detail; a right first time attitude and approach Ability to work without supervision in a busy environment, working to tight deadlines Ability to build relationships and communicate the impact of operational activities from a financial perspective and vice versa in simple and easily understood way Excellent communication and presentation skills A full clean driving licence Benefits Competitive salary in one of Ireland’s fastest growing PLCs Comprehensive health insurance for you and your dependents Contributory pension scheme An exciting Wellness Programme with events and activities running throughout the year Access to our Digital Gym Hybrid working environment Employee Assistance Programme Performance related bonus Regular compensation reviews Long term illness cover Peace of mind with life assurance Save as you earn scheme Paid maternity leave, as well as paternity leave for fathers If you’re cycling, we’ve got you covered on the cycle- to- work scheme Glenveagh is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates from all sections of the community.
