Job Introduction IFM Operations Director Location: Dublin, Ireland. Salary – Up to €80,000 based on experience10% Bonus & €6,000 benefit packageSodexo have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced IFM Operations Director to lead our established onsite teams and work alongside our prestigious global client based in Dublin. Working across 2 large manufacturing sites, you will provide leadership to the onsite facilities teams, whilst effectively managing the IFM operational delivery through your department leads to ensure an exemplary service.Drawing on your previous experience in IFM management you will be at the forefront of maintaining and developing Sodexo’s relationship with the senior client stakeholders, whilst also focusing on opportunities growth and development in our teams and services.  By joining Sodexo, you will be part of something greater, working in an environment that fosters innovation and supports your professional growth. Become a valued member of our team, where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.About You Experience and knowledge required for this role: Experience of working with as part of a client facing senior management team in a IFM environment. Able to successfully influence and challenge at senior level with strong political and social skillsResilient, able to work autonomously, and comfortable with rapid changeProven strong communication skills, both oral and writtenFlexible approach, self-motivation with ability to work under own initiative or as part of a teamAble to influence in a variety of ways at all levels of: Clients, Suppliers, Industry & Market.
