Job Description Prepare and serve an extensive assortment of high end beverages in line Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare 5 star standards of service. A natural empathy with all our guests and visitors  Demonstrate excellent product knowledge of the cocktail and drinks lists Ability to confidently make beverage recommendations in line with guest preferences  Understanding of cost control and stock rotation   Assist with food service on day shift  Completion of Daily Cleaning schedule  Cashiering and end of day balancing  Qualifications Previous bar experience preferred. Cocktail making skills.
