Role ObjectivesConduct Technology Resilience assessments for applications and infrastructure; identify resilience gaps; track and report on remediation progress and other Tech Resilience Key Performance Indicators. Support Return on Investment/Business Case analyses to justify Technology Resilience investments. Maintain plans for and oversee Technology Resilience efforts supporting critical applications and important business services across regions and group companies. Manage Tech Resilience working group to enable oversight of TR related initiatives. Support build-out of Tech Resilience processes. Work with Application Owners and Infrastructure SMEs to understand and improve resilience. Support Technology Resilience training efforts.Qualifications and Skills Three to five years of experience in Information Technology, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Risk Management, and Project Management. Proficient in Tech Resilience planning, implementation, and continuous improvement. Possesses an understanding of the firm’s technology systems and offerings. Relevant knowledge of information technology, auditing, controls and regulatory guidelines. Rigorous analytical skills with experience with Risk Assessment and Management processes and ROI analysis. Familiarity with Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Crisis Management disciplines, including Incident Command System concepts. Experience working in the financial banking industry or related fields, with familiarity of US financial institution regulatory entities and standards. Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related fields of study; desirable certifications: CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor). Proficient in Microsoft Office and expert in Microsoft Excel. Outstanding writing, presentation, listening and project management abilities.
