We are seeking an experience Breakfast Manager to join the very successful team at the Druids Glen Hotel. The Breakfast Manager will be responsible for managing morning operations of the F&B outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily shift operations and management of staff in F&B area. Assists with promoting the food & beverage outlets Maintain and monitor the service levels of the F&B outlets - ensure that all guests are accommodated Maintain standards A focus on stock control, training, implementing training. Assists servers on the floor during peak periods Strives to ensure guest satisfaction. Strengthen the global hotel team by assisting in other areas of the operation when needed Ensure that Standards of Procedure are adhered to throughout the F&B outlets. We are seeking an individual who has the following experience and knowledge: A minimum of two positions working as a manager/ assistant manager within a high-volume restaurant. M ay suit somebody at a supervisory level looking to take the next step in their career Previous experience in a hotel background of 4/5 Star standard Strong people management skills A proven track record in performance results within the area of guest satisfaction etc. Experience of working in a self-directed environment having to work under own direction. Experience in supervision and direction of a team. Excellent leadership and delegation skills required. Available to work early and late shifts both midweek and weekend. Strong communication levels both written and oral. We are seeking a candidate who will be a proactive, committed Team Member.
