Program Manager – Supply chain channel manager12 month contractHybrid workingDaily rates € - € per dayOur clients are looking to hire a Supply Chain Channel Manager to support their EMEA retail consumer team as their portfolio expands over the upcoming months.The role involves direct engagement with Category Marketing partners as well as internal teams such as Channel Managers, Customer Service, Demand and Supply Planning, S&OP, Operations, Fulfilment and Logistics.The successful candidate must be a self-starter with proven skills in program & project management driving key initiatives with results through engagement with internal partners, have a solid acumen for demand and supply management, inventory management, collaborative planning and forecasting (CPFR), and business/performance management. Responsibilities:§ Develop & document end to end processes and reporting tools for the EMEA Consumer business, including customer inventory & consignment management§ Support the onboarding of new accounts and SOP / Customer Implementation.§ Operational performance of demand fulfilment activities including creation of best practice order book management and delivery of goods for the designated portfolio & working with field teams to imbed principles with customers.§ Overall responsibility for product deliveries within the assigned customers and channels.§ Development of key communication reports and processes for customers.§ Partner closely with Category Marketing, acting as the supply chain operations representative, driving short-term and long-term demand and supply balancing to achieve financial and operations targets§ Drive optimal channel inventory to maximize revenue opportunities, ensure key customers are supported across all customer segments and mitigate risk§ Ensure Channel Compliance including consignment inventory oversight & SOX compliance§ Challenge the status quo via a growth mindset – strive for continuous improvement and customer-centrism in all aspects§ Identifying and implementing transformational initiatives that deliver significant positive differentiators resulting in increased service level and performance with accounts both for supply and returns§ Monitor and manage key business & channel metrics to influence continuous improvement and adherence to the process. Lead root cause investigations & cross-team efforts to drive necessary improvement.Qualifications:§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain Operations, Operations, or Product Management§ 4-6 years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), or channel management§ Experience in delivering system & process improvements across the Order to Cash process§ Proven track record for identifying and implementing new opportunities (program management) to create synergy and mitigate risk§ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.§ Cross-functional collaboration skill§ Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented, yet balanced with an ability to be able to step back from the data to draw out the right business approach for conclusionOrder to cash, Customer service, Launching productsRequired Skills:1 : Process management and process documentation2 : Data analytics – High Proficiency in Power BI, Excel Access database3 : Continuous improvement#LI-TMC
