With genuine opportunities for learning and progression and a supportive and friendly environment that encourages innovation, collaboration and creative thinking.Key responsibilities of the Grad Manager: Sourcing suitable candidates, screening, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing offers and acceptances, onboarding and general stakeholder and candidate managementBuild strong and impactful relationships with students and candidates quicklyDrive the employer brand throughout all graduate and student activityManage social media platforms and marketing campaigns throughout the yearRepresent organisation at graduate recruitment careers fairs, talks and other events during the year across the Republic of Ireland Key skills of the Grad Manager: The ideal candidate will a have minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar inhouse/agency recruitment positionDegree in business, HR or similar discipline beneficialExceptional communication skills (written and verbal)Genuine interest in early careers/graduate recruitment
