Client Care Coordinator


  • Manage the Clients home care services requirements by matching the most suitable Carers to their needs and managing those relationships positively.
  • On-going maintenance of client schedules.
  • Management and monitor the schedules of carers and ensure effective utilization of employees.
  • General administration, data entry and maintenance of records.
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance department to gain knowledge of new clients, their needs and schedule.
  • Responding rapidly and professionally to emergency situations or service delivery issues.
  • Answer calls in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with families or clients regarding their care and up-date the system accordingly.
  • Implement and utilize the on-call guide and the Care at Home Employee handbook and ensure that Care at Home standards are met and upheld at all times.
  • Develop strong, positive and trusting relationships with Clients and the Care at Home team.
  • Ah-hoc duties when required.


  • FETAC Level 5 and/or 6 qualification is necessary in Home Care Management
  • Proven experience as a Scheduler strongly desirable
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Current drivers licence essential.
  • Ability to work independently and own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of all information.
  • Must be able to demonstrate discretion, integrity and respect.

Demonstrate knowledge of the care industry.

Salary : From €25,000.00 per year
