Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the cleaning staff at our facility. The role requires a proactive and diligent leader who will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. Key Responsibilities: Supervise a team of cleaning operatives to ensure all tasks are performed accurately and timely. Train new staff and provide ongoing training for all team members. Schedule cleaning tasks and manage staff allocations to ensure coverage. Inspect cleaning work to ensure high standards are met and maintained. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock for daily operations. Address any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Special Requirements: Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or a similar leadership role in facilities management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and direct staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
