Our team members play a critical role in keeping that magic.We have an exciting opportunity for an ML Engineer Manager to lead our team of ML Engineers. In this role, you will drive the development using cutting-edge technologies to build out our ML engineering platform. You will play a crucial role in shaping the engineering strategy for our Machine Learning initiatives.What you will do:Design Machine Learning deployment pipelines to facilitate ML models deployment using in house and cloud technologies and meeting the required SLAs. The models include but not limited to classifiers, regressors, decision trees, various types of neural networks, and LLMs.Communicate between the business side and ML Engineers/Scientists to understand business needs and lead the team in effectively implementing those requirementsCollaborate closely with the stakeholders to ensure that provisioned infrastructure is compliant with the organizational security and networking policiesStay ahead of future ML Engineering technologies through innovative ideas, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of MLSkills required:8 plus years of Software Development, ML Engineering, or MLOps.Strong technical skills in programming, particularly in writing production-quality code (e.g., , Java, Python etc.)Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentsKnowledge of cloud technologiesFamiliarity with programmatic data access (e.g., SQL, Hive, etc.)Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of effective teamwork and adaptability to evolving technologiesExperience hiring and leading diverse teamsNice to have:Familiarity with big data and associated technologies (e.g., Hadoop/Spark)Knowledge in data science, statistics, machine learning, or related fieldsExperience with MLOpsWhat you will learnDeveloping a multi-tenant e-commerce platform on the cloudUtilising the latest ML technologies and approaches likeVertexAI, feature storesConstructing and managing data pipelinesEducation:Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field or equivalent experience. What We Value: Life/Work BalancePride in ProductionTrustChallenge yourself, inspire othersSuccess through diversityEqual Employment Opportunity:It is our commitment to ensure that all employment decisions are made without regard to gender, civil status, family status, sexual orientation, age, disability, race, religion and membership of the Traveller community, (protected characteristics under the Employment Equality Acts 1998-2011).
