Thisis a senior role that requires a strong commercial acumen and aproven track record in motor retail aftersales. Requirements Extensivesenior service management experience at manufacturer or retail level. Anability to assess dealership service performance, you will beresponsible for enhancing the service processes, increasingrevenues, and driving the sharing of best practices across theservice department. Responsiblefor leading a long-established, experienced service team withnatural leadership flair to develop our people and the business. Youwill need to be an influential, analytical, and motivational leaderwho coaches the service team to achieve and exceed financial goalsand shares our ambition for further success. Youwill have full ownership and responsibility to drive and deliver ourvision and work closely with our manufacturer partners to exceedtheir aspirations. Note: You must live within a commutable distance to the business in Limerick. You must have experience as an Automotive Service Manager with a strong track record to be considered for this position. A full, clean EU driving licence is an essential requirement of thisrole.
