We are looking for General Practitioners who are interested in care at home, providing their service in a respectful, empathetic and safe manner and would like to continue developing their professional path in full-time and part-time roles. This role is specific for Limerick. Essential experience and skills: - Medical Degree, - Registration with the Medical Council of Ireland, - Fully qualified in General Practice or Family Medicine, - At least 2 years post-graduate experience, - Diagnostic and clinical skills, - Ability to work on own initiative, - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, - Good standard of English - both spoken and written, - Eligibility to work in Ireland. Key job responsibilities: - Providing comprehensive primary care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions, - Conduct consultations with patients to assess their medical conditions, symptoms, and concerns, - Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and others through ongoing monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counselling, - Promoting the ethos of person-centred care, - Ensuring that all patients receive care appropriate to their individual needs.
