You have the communication skills to work with people at every level of the company and the ambition to reach the top of your profession. You will be:Creating high quality proposal documents including coordinating and writing contentEditing technical copy to ensure persuasive and client focused material. Ensuring all proposals align with corporate brand guidelines and bid management standards.Reviewing tender requirements and ensuring we answer the question in a compelling way.Integrating company values and vision and culture…Working with our technical experts to devise bespoke responses for tender requests.Interviewing people at all levels of the business to capture how we create value for our clients, for instance: construction methodologies, innovation, digital project delivery, HSE, our people, diversity and inclusion, sustainability.Developing our database of case studies, templates, and CVsBuilding strong working relationships at all levelsYou will have:
