Role Summary Centered on maintaining Non-Glyphosate product quality and compliance, this role involves overseeing Non-Glyphosate analysis, monitoring KPIs, ensuring updated procedures, troubleshooting HPLC issues, coordinating MSDS, co-formulant organisation, formulation studies, report writing, sample dispatch,. Key Responsibilities Conduct Non-Glyphosate quality control analysis. Update, display, and report on Non-Glyphosate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ensure that non-Glyphosate procedures are current and up to date. Assist in investigations related to product quality issues as necessary. Troubleshooting issues with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Coordinate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for Finished Products Carry out formulations for alternative sources and co-formulants, Conducting compatibility studies, investigational formulations for quality issues, inclusive of in-house storage stability pre and post-tests. Writing reports and presenting findings to the lab team. Prepare and dispatch samples using the sample dispatch request system. Qualification Bachelors in quality management or related field such as chemistry or biology 1-2 years experience in relevant field Additional Tasks: Perform Glyphosate QC analysis when needed. Prepare batch manufacturing and packing sheets in alignment with product specifications. Conduct physical, chemical, and compatibility testing of finished products as needed. Perform technical material analysis to verify adherence to our specifications when needed. Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Conducting meetings and presenting KPIs monthly. Compiling work and delivering monthly presentations. Moderating lab meetings and attending production toolbox meetings on a rotational basis. Follow retain storage procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Enhancing and updating the lab SharePoint site within your responsible areas. Maintaining the waste process within the lab on a rotational basis. Undertake project work assigned by the Quality Supervisor or Plant Manager.
