Job Description We are currently recruiting a full time  IT Coordinator  to join our team at Carton House. Summary of Responsibilities:   Provide prompt support all associates and guests in hotel. Ensure that all IT Standard Operating Procedures prepared to the highest quality and updated as needed. Manages the completion of all basic and major functions to a high level. Provide a high level of operational stability for property-based technology. Provide technical expertise, support on hotel laptops and computers and project management for all technology projects in coordination with Local IT teams and suppliers. Manage IT budget and IT contracts for resort. Manage Hardware and Software Inventory. Ensure that user problems are addressed consistent with current Service Level Agreement. Qualifications The successful candidate will have: Have a real understanding of hotel operations and specifically IT. Flexibility with working hours, weekend availability essential. Passion, energy, enthusiasm. Ability to build relationships internally and externally The ability to work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work on own initiative. Excellent communication skills with excellent spoken & written English.
