Job Description Fohntech Group   was established in 2017 and is now one of the leading talent sourcing companies in Ireland, currently partnering with several Irish and international companies on several high-profile industrial projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe.   Fohntech Cleaning   is a member of the Fohntech Group and has an immediate vacancy for a   Sales Associate   who will primarily be based in the Dublin/Kildare area. This is a challenging and rewarding position and will suit a motivated, passionate, and energetic person. What we require from applicants: ·A minimum of 3 years sales/business development experience or supervisory/management experience in the cleaning sector; · Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environment; · Strong communication and interpersonal skills; · KPI driven, with a proven record of meeting and exceeding targets; · A team player who is focused on delivering high quality results; · Experience in managing and developing contracts in the cleaning sector is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales through a direct sales approach, whilst also creating their own sales opportunities through direct canvassing of relevant businesses. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for surveying customer sites for a wide range of clients and assist in the pricing/tendering process. Account management and service calls will also form part of the role.
