Our Aecom Development Infrastructure team from Galway is seeking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. The role: Typical duties for this position will include: • Industrial and commercial applications. • The use of industry standard software models including Microdrainage; • Knowledge of Flood risk assessments. • Drafting of design drawings (including where applicable 3D applications); • Report writing and site inspections; • Supervision of CAD Technicians to produce detail design drawings in an efficient manner ; • Management of project-related correspondence; • Providing support on project information concerning costs and program. Minimum Requirements What You'll Need: • Experience in sustainable Urban Drainage Systems. • Experience in Drainage Design and using software such as WinDes (MicroDrainage). • Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit or similar drafting BIM packages. • Knowledge about storm and foul gravity collection networks and foul rising pumping stations. • Knowledge in attenuation and flow control elements. • Knowledge about Section 50 applications and Flood Risk Assessments. • Familiarity with Road and Pavements design, including working knowledge of DMRB and DMURS. • Full clean driving license.
