Key Account Manager roleLocation: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid)Job OverviewProvides the key client relationship to a major client or clients. Grows revenue by leveraging the full IQVIA portfolio and identifying new business opportunities. Co-ordinates the sales, business & service lines at a regional level to ensure effective execution against client needs and IQVIA revenue targets.Role and Responsibilities• Coordinate and work across the company teams to respond to client´s need with the best solution• Understand key priorities of the clients and manage the effective communication of their Business issues within IQVIA• Understand client and corporate needs at country level and manage multiple priorities and complex relationships• Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new Business and win back opportunities• Identifies and lead the pursuit of the targeted new Business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts• Lead negotiations in renewing multi year contracts within assigned accounts• Develops relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within assigned accounts• Manage the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/Service offering• Actively promotes the full IQVIA portfolio of products and services to anticipate and meet client needs• Develops and execute accounts plans and monitors progress• Adjust plans accordingly to consider new IQVIA product/services as well as significant changes to Business conditionsSkills and Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Life Science - Masters Degree an advantage• Fluent English speaking and writing Required. • Eligibility to work in Ireland is required.IQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry.
