We have been Building Excellence for over 150 years by building trust, certainty and value for our clients.Project Manager - LimerickSisk are delighted to be continuing the growth of their building construction teams in Limerick with the addition of an experienced Project Manager who will be reporting to the Regional Director on Project Opera.This is an exciting and innovative project where you will have the opportunity to utilise your existing skills and continue to develop your MMC knowledge whilst under the leadership of a Tier 1 team developing and implementing groundbreaking processes and strategies.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS and Engineering team Ensuring delivery of the BIM strategy through managing relationships with direct and indirect staff including consultantsMonitor and ensure delivery of project stages in line with PEP, budget, operating and reporting on progress monthlyDriving quality delivery for the projects HSEQ and zero emissions initiativesExperience & Skills:5+ years' project management experience delivering on 2+ building projects in various sectors5+ years' experience managing and working closely with subcontractors and direct staffExperience in managing key stakeholder relationships including client management, supplier negotiations, staff management and supply chain planningExcellent communication skills, people skills and experience preparing and reporting on key project informationRemuneration & Benefits can include:Competitive salaryCompany CarPensionLife and DIS Benefits26+ days annual leaveMuch more!At present we can only consider candidates that are currently residing in Ireland who meet the above-mentioned criteria.
