HR Generalist / Kildare Our client is seeking a professional HR Generalist to join and support their team. This role will be varied including recruitment process and managing the payroll function. Salary: €45K - €50K doe plus benefits. The Role: Recruitment: Job Posting & Advertising: Develop job descriptions and specifications. Post job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms. Utilize recruitment agencies when necessary. Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes and applications. Conduct initial phone interviews. Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers. Assist in developing interview questions and evaluation forms. Candidate Management: Maintain candidate databases. Provide timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct background checks and reference checks. Onboarding: Prepare offer letters and employment contracts. Coordinate new hire onboarding processes. Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and filed correctly. Payroll Processing: Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records. Calculate wages, overtime, and deductions. Process payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly). Record Keeping: Maintain payroll records and reports. Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Ensure confidentiality of payroll data. Other varied HR support duties as needed. The Candidate: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Experience in HR with recruitment, payroll and understanding of HR practices and labor laws. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
