Job Introduction Facilities Manager Location:  Dublin, working across 2 sites. Salary: €50,000 - €55000 Excellent range of employee benefitsAn exciting role with Sodexo been created as part of our PPP contracts portfolio, working across 2 educational sites in Dublin. We are looking for an experience FM professional to join and lead our team in the key role of Facilities Manager.  You will be supporting and working closely with all PPP stakeholders and managing the day-to-day operational work of the on-site hard & soft service delivery teams.   This is an excellent opportunity for someone with established Facilities Management experience to join Sodexo and ensure effective management and delivery of planned preventative maintenance programs and lifecycle programs. Responding to the ‘reactive’ needs of the client in line with contractual obligations.Due to the client sites being educational settings you will be required to undergo and successfully pass the mandatory Garda checks for the education sector.  About You  Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: Previous FM management / coordination experienceStrong contract and commercial management experience in the PPP industry, with experience in a client facing role.An understanding of basic technical aspects of FM Services (hard & soft)Professional approach to performance monitoring.Proficient IT skills, including Excel, Work and MS office.Understand and thrive on working in a customer focused environment. Financial acumen.PC literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential.  What we offerWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
