About the Position In Group Tax, your key objective is to support the business with comprehensive tax advisory services, ensuring statutory tax compliance and efficient tax management in line with Group Tax Policy. The department manages Irish and UK taxes and oversees Group-wide tax matters. Key Responsibilities Provide proactive employment tax advisory services. Participate in strategic projects and initiatives. Communicate complex tax issues to non-tax colleagues. Manage employment tax risk across the Group. Collaborate with and challenge external advisers. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Oversee the filing of Employment Tax returns, primarily managed by HR. Experience/Requirements CTA qualified; ACCA/ACA beneficial. Minimum 5 years of relevant Irish employment tax experience. Strong knowledge of Irish employment tax issues. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Ability to manage diverse work streams and meet deadlines. Strong IT skills. Remuneration Package Salary ranges from €80,000 - €90,000 plus benefits.
