We at The Brehon Hotel & Spa have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced receptionist to join our magnificent Front of House Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled receptionist to join our Front of House Team. We are looking for a person who will work along side our team and share the same values, ensuring all of our guests have a truly memorable experience in The Brehon Hotel & Spa. The main duties will include: Welcoming and checking in guests on arrival and setting the tone for a great experience Helping with guest queries to maximise their enjoyment of their stay including helping with meal and spa bookings, recommending attractions to visit. Ensuring all guest billing, accounts are accurate and presented to the guest for payment part of their departure. Supporting team members not just those who work on the Front desk but in all areas as Reception is a source of information for all the team.
