Your tasks An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive support in project administration, including overseeing reporting tasks and coordinating on-site activities. This entails managing documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, tracking project progress, and ensuring seamless execution of on-site operations.Hours: - Location: Leixlip / Ballycoolin / Santry Working: HybridWhat You Will Be Doing:Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.Performing regular checks on budgets, schedules, plans, and reporting on the project's status. Good understanding of project costs and finance. Liaise closely with the finance department to ensure alignment.Maintain and prepare customer invoicing.Administration support & purchase order processing for ongoing projectsCooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with the team to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary actions for closure.Coordinating any relevant contractor works on site required during implementation Requirements About You:Prior experience in Technical Administrator role and adeptness in busy project environmentsProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and Project Management tools like MS ProjectSolid understanding of Project Management Methodology and ProcessesStrong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time efficientlyPreferably knowledgeable in AutoCadCompetent in leading on-site coordination and managing project administration tasksAppreciation for lean management principles and their positive impact on business development cyclesWhat We OfferCareer paths and development opportunities20 days of annual leave and a day off for your birthdayPension scheme with up to 5% employer contributionEducation supportPrivate healthcare coverageExtensive well-being program.Online training.Bike-to-work scheme.Maternity pay and parental leave.Discount scheme.Next StepsInterested in joining our dynamic team?
