Description: Social Work Team Leaders for Dublin North City & County.Cpl Healthcare in partnership with The Safeguarding & Protection Team in St. Marys Campus, Dublin North City & County is recruiting Two Social Work Team Leaders to join the team.A start date will be indicated at the job offer stage.The standard working week is 35 hours.The Salary Scale for the post is:€66,055 - 67,938 - 69,824 - 71,707 - 73,591 - 75,473 - 76,194The purpose of the post is to manage the provision of a social work service within a multidisciplinary context and in conjunction with the Principal Social Worker, to ensure an equitable, standardised, and person-centered social work service to vulnerable adults in community and service settings.The Social Worker Team Leader will:Ensure the delivery of social work services is by CORU’s Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics for the Social Work profession, relevant legislation, and HSE policies, procedures, guidelines, and protocols.Be responsible for the management of the day-to-day provision of the social work service in conjunction with the Principal Social Worker.Take direct responsibility for a defined caseload as required / directed by the Principal Social Worker, in particular cases that require a high level of experience and expertiseEligibility Criteria:1.
