You’ll be the main point of contact for new clients, introducing them to Oracle and building their relationship with our support teams. You’ll support our customers with technical and non-technical issues such as product compatibility, support, shipping, and electronic support fixes. Answer hospitality support calls and queries in French language Provide solutions to customers or pass their case to the relevant team Resolve issues in real-time where possible Manage escalations and advise our teams on customer issues Update cases in our customer database Communicate case progress to customers Meet or exceed individual and company targets Experience in POS Systems and from the Food & Beverage/ Hospitality environment as well as helpdesk support would be advantageous.
