Your Role: As our Restaurant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our dining experience, directly reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless day-to-day operations of La Provence. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional service delivery, cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests, and driving the profitability of our food and beverage offerings. Key Responsibilities: Be the welcoming face of La Provence, ensuring guests receive impeccable service that consistently exceeds their expectations. Uphold and enhance service standards in line with our SOPs, ensuring every guest experience is memorable. Manage and mentor the restaurant team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development in product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer service excellence. Spearhead the promotion of hotel initiatives and special packages, actively engaging with guests to personalize their dining experience. Oversee staff training, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Utilize your supervisory skills to inspire and maximize team productivity and satisfaction. Ensure the highest standards of personal presentation and professionalism across the team. Efficiently manage staff rosters to optimize restaurant operations. Who We Are Looking For: A minimum of 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a 4-star hotel environment. A proactive, pressure-resilient individual with a passion for hospitality. Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both spoken and written English. A customer-centric approach, combined with energy and an eye for detail.
