Our client a Public Service body based in Kildare are currently looking to recruit an administrator to join their team. Joining an established team role will involve: Diary Management Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management. Coordinate and schedule patient appointments. Check in patients upon arrival and manage reception duties. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Deliver excellent customer service by handling patient inquiries and resolving issues. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence. Perform various other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: Experience in clerical or administrative roles within a health care setting is desirable but nor essential. Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with minute taking is desirable. A valid drivers license and access to own transport. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.
