Exciting new job role in Co Tipperary for an experienced ADON. Responsibilities Ensuring that set standards and legislative requirements for resident care are attained and exceeded To support the Director of Nursing in the clinical and professional leadership of the care team The overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and services provided to residents Leading and managing an enthusiastic team to work to their potential Ensuring the development of policies, programs and evidence-based practice consistent with standards (HIQA) and standard policies within the nursing home Assist with the management of the Department of Nursing. Evaluate and take action around complaints, failed audits, and staff problems.
