We offer clients a range of behavioral support, domestic assistance, personal care, complex care, ASD and ID Support, and 24-hour health care services.</p> <p><strong>We are currently recruiting for the following locations</strong></p> <ul> <li>North Dublin</li> </ul> <p><strong>We want to hear from healthcare assistants who are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Healthcare Assistants/Senior Healthcare Assistants/Rapid Responders who are looking to take the next step in their careers or an experienced supervisors looking for a new challenge</li> <li>Reliable, Caring, and has a passion for for caring</li> <li>Eligibility to work in Ireland</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Duites and Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Community:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community</li> <li>To undertake client reviews in relations to the care they are continuing to receive</li> <li>To carry out the completion staff introductions in line with the company policies and procedures</li> <li>To be responsible for staff shadowing – ensuring Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures</li> <li>To undertake emergency over - Rapid response (filling new packages and discharges)</li> <li>To evaluate and monitor the quality of the care delivered to clients and report to the area manager with concerns</li> <li>Support and assist with care team development</li> <li>Checking and collecting journal notes from clients houses</li> <li>Delivery of Careplans, log sheets and gloves to clients homes when required</li> <li>Deliver of PPE</li> </ul> <p><strong>Office:</strong></p> <ul> <li>To update online system documentation i.e., reviews and spot checks</li> <li>To develop a plan working week by booking in reviews (including confirming with NOK and clients)</li> <li>To develop a system of completing spot checks with Healthcare staff</li> <li>To be responsible for filing paperwork</li> <li>To provide support co-ordinators with uncovered/tasks in emergency if needed</li> <li>To attend weekly check ins with teams as required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday to Friday</li> <li>Weekends on Rotation</li> <li>9 hour Shifts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 year experience in a Homecare or Healthcare</li> <li>QQI 5 Major/Support</li> <li>Full Clean driving license</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>What will be required from you to complete:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Garda Vetting</li> <li>International Police Clearance (If you have lived 6 months or more outside of Ireland from the age of 16 years old)</li> <li>Patient Manual Handling - In house training</li> <li>2 Days Induction - In house training</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks of the job:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive Mileage Rates</li> <li>Weekly Pay</li> <li>Dedicated On Call Support</li> <li>Employee Assistant Program</li> <li>Free Manual Handling Training</li> <li>Career Progression</li> <li>Tranining and Devlopment Opportunities*</li> </ul> <p><strong>How To Apply?</strong></p> <p>Go to Komfortkare. ie and click our career page or Komfort Kare on Rezoomo and complete our application form!</p> <p>Komfort Kare Website: https://www.komfortkare.ie/careers</p> <p>Rezoomo: https://www.rezoomo.com/company/komfort-kare/jobs/</p> <p>**Only applicants who completed the application form will be consider**</p>
