Shear Beauty, Shearwater Hotel & Spa, Ballinasloe, Co Galway are delighted to be growing our team of dynamic, talented and dedicated Spa and Beauty Therapists. We have an opportunity for a Part-Time Therapist to come on board and utilise their skills and showcase their talent at our Award Winning Spa and Beauty Bar. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for the industry, a passion for delivering exemplary service and a desire to excel in their area of expertise. Experience with our key skincare brands, Yonka & Image Skincare, is an advantage, however full training will be provided for the successful candidates. Benefits: Commission based structure on Spa Product Sales Complimentary access to Shear-Fitness and Leisure Club Meals while on Duty Discounted rates at Comer Group Ireland managed Hotels Discounted rates at Comer Group Ireland managed Spa & Leisure Facilities Discounted rates at Comer Group Ireland Restaurants Free on site Parking Uniform Provided Employee Recognition Awards Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Roles may include: Massage - Head, Shoulder, Neck and Body Beauty Treatments including Facial and Body Treatments Nail Art including Gel and Shellac applications (as qualified) Familiarisation with all products, offerings and specials Monitor stock levels and replenish accordingly Provide skin consultations to clients Reception and Administration duties as required The successful candidate will be: Reliable, flexible and hardworking Excellent appearance & communicator Relevant qualifications A background working with Image or Yonka would be desirable Knowledge of Aesthetics is desirable Lymphatic drainage massage trained Have a minimum of 1 year's experience in a busy salon/spa environment Be a Fluent English Speaker Be fully qualified in beauty and massage treatments (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO equivalent) Flexibility to working hours both mid-week and weekends Due to the large volume of applications for this role, only successful candidates will be contacted.
