Support Lead - Nenagh Based

Responsibilities Lead and manage the support team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement support policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement.Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.Collaborate with other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall service quality.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the support function.Prepare and present regular reports on support team performance to senior management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Experience Proven experience in a customer support or service role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in support software and tools.
