About the TeamE-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. SMT is looking for the Moderation Quality Assurance Leader for EMEA region in overseeing and controlling the overall quality of our E-commerce moderations. To be successful as a Moderation Quality Assurance Leader for EMEA region, you should be able to lead a mid to large size global team, experienced and knowledgeable in not only moderation business, but also in training, business analysis as well as QA related platform product optimisations. Roles & Responsibilities1. Hire, set up and manage high performing teams of market quality management teams across multiple geographies in EMEA;2. Responsible for all Quality Assurance Operations in day-to-day activities as well as planning across all markets. Collaborate with leadership counterparts in other geographies to drive best practices globally;3. Set up and standardize new quality management mechanisms and processes for the E-commerce moderation team across;4. Own, maintain and improve moderation quality metrics across EMEA;5. Conduct coaching and calibration sessions across EMEA markets to ensure that operational policies and processes are being applied consistently;6. Work across a wide variety of moderation and cross functional partners including tooling, product and operational excellence to ensure best in class QA;7. Closely collaborate with policy team, executive team & vendor site QA to deliver solid quality improvement results;8. Continuously evaluate outcomes, propose improvements, and ensure consistent quality measurements throughout the operation;9. Responsible for optimizing working processes, solving policy understanding knowledge gaps and content concerns for site vendor teams with cross-functional teams;10. Provide business insight and comments for key stakeholder's focuses & actions such as policy team, product & system BP etc;11. Conduct ongoing improvement plans to improve Quality of Moderation improves. 1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, advanced degree is preferred;2. Minimum 5-8 years' working experience in quality management leadership role in a major tech or media company. Extensive knowledge of policy and moderation landscape in EMEA;3. Minimum 3 years of team management experience. Strong people management skills with the ability to manage teams across regions and timezones;4. Track record of launching and delivering at scale quality management improvements across multilingual markets;5. Experience in leading cross-region initiatives with a focus on day-to-day operational excellence and agility;6. Deep understanding of quality control and management lifecycle;7. Excellent facilitation skill to drive for alignment and agreement;8. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;9. Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skills;10. Excellent analytical, leadership, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;11. Able to think outside the box to identify issues and work to resolve them in partnership with business leaders, but also brings ideas to innovate in our day to day operations;12. Experience in E-Commerce or marketplace platforms is a plus.
