C&B Supervisor

Salary: €14 - €15 per hour Location: Co. Meath We are hiring for our client, a luxurious property in Co. Meath, seeking an experienced Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join their events team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences during events and functions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the setup, execution, and breakdown of conferences, banquets, and special events. Lead and motivate the C&B team, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction throughout the event. Work closely with event organizers and clients to ensure their requirements are met and exceeded. Ensure all C&B operations comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Assist in managing event timelines, staffing schedules, and overall operations during functions. Maintain excellent communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth event flow. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues during events. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar C&B supervisory role, ideally in a luxury or high-end venue. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during busy event periods. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
