Job Purpose and Scope This position is support / general office administration as it applies to Kerrigan Mechanical Ltd. The required hours to be covered are 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon to Fri. Accountabilities Ad-hoc secretarial duties as they arise. Provide cover for reception and other general office duties. Administration tasks to include: copying, scanning, laminating along with other tasks as required. Answering calls / operating the switchboard, diverting calls to relevant parties or taking and distributing messages for the appropriate person. Staying on top of emails and dealing with them accordingly.. Any Ad-hoc Projects/requests that may arise. The Person           Excellent attention to detail.         Ability to work under pressure.         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.         Strong work ethic and flexible approach to work         IT skills - Excel, Word, Outlook.         Experience using Sage 50 Accounts preferable, and ability to learn new systems as we use a number of different systems.
